In september 2007 the DFL announced in a press release, that the Bundesliga are reachable in many countries in south america about ESPN+. Argentinia, Bolivia, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador & Columbia. http://www.inside-digital.de/news/6882.html (german)
you can see the tv-listings of ESPN here: http://intltv.espn.com/ The next live-games are: On next weekend only on sunday (02-17-2008) Hannover-Bayern, because it's FA Cup-Time on saturday in the country of fish & chips.
Then a week later, live games on saturday & sunday. Today there's no info, which games ESPN are showing. For the saturday-game, the chances to see Eintracht-Bremen are not so bad.... with a little bit luck.... ,-)
