Hello,
just a short question.
Ordered tickets week ago for pokalspiel gegen dortmund.
For paying haven't seen a option for paying by a bank konto (was really in a hurry at the moment, so maybe i just haven't seen it). So i've decided to pay by rechnung. Asked friend to pay by rechnung, coz myself im not living in germany and dont have an account there, and international transaction would cost a hell of a money.
Friend paid few days ago. Sent me a screenshot. Everyhing looks good. Except that i haven't received any email confirming that the tickets are being paid for. And in tickets shop there is no new line about comfirmations. Is that normal? Or i should be worried?
