first, please, as finkjd alsready said, do not buy tickets from viagogo or ebay.
That´s just a matter of principle, not to support the ebay-version of highway robbery.
While viagogo is perfectly legal, it is also perfectly expensive.
My suggestion is that you send an E-Mail to
info@eintrachtfrankfurt.de and describe your problem / wish threre.
You can write in english, too
If there is a way to get you three tickets for that game, the friendly people at Eintracht Frankfurt will know how to.
You´re not the first fan from abroad who asked and got help.

when you look top of the webpage, there is a flage from UK, click on the Flag, and the completely webpage is in english. Then you push the button ticktes and u order the Tickets directly from Eintracht Frankfurt.
