I have gained an interest in the Eagles since Sotirios' move to the team last season. I do log on with interest, but one difficulty I have is understanding in detail what is happening in the team.
Would someone please provide me with an update on how Captain Amanatidis and Soto are getting on and fans perceptions?
both players are very popular and liked in frankfurt !
Amanatidis is the captain and he gave a clear confession for eintracht. he has a contract until 2010. that was one reason why he was appointed as our captain. unfortunately he is injured at the moment and we will miss him for 2 or 3 weeks.
Sotos is also very popular . he is one of the best defenders in the league. in our first game against berlin he has won 88% of his duels. but most of the matches he has one blackout and makes a big fault. but only sometimes with consequences. and fans forgive him that, because he also ist very dangerous for opponents goal and fans really love him. he also always gives everything for the team. unfortunately his contract ends after this season. and we really hope that he will stay in frankfurt. but it is understandable that he wants to play international and so we are afraid he will leave.
