Yes, if you have a ticket for the matches of the Eintracht Frankfurt First Team at the Waldstadion, it allows you to use S-Bahn and U-Bahn in Ffm and surrounding countryside to travel to the stadium for free (from 5h before kick-off until the last train round about midnight (to get on the way home)).
The ticket allows you to travel with the RMV (public transport company of the Rhein-Main-area), NVV (public transport company of northern Hessia) and parts of the VRN (Mainz and some parts of the surronding countryside). It is getting valid 5h before the start of the game and you can use it until the end of the transportation service.
When I went to Dortmund the match ticket allowed me to travel to the stadium from the city centre.
