First of all I'd like to say sorry. I know this is a forum for you established Eintracht fans and not a help desk!
I'm from Aberdeen in Scotland and as you may know we played FC Bayern a few months ago in the UEFA Cup.
My friends and I are very keen to go back to Germany and watch a match and we would like to visit Frankfurt because it looks like you have the best fans in the world!
If someone would be so kind to offer us some help it would be very much appreciated. We are looking to go in October at some point.
Are there any games you Eintracht fans would recommend and are tickets likely to be available?
there are only 2 games next october in frankfurt (leverkusen and bayern). against bayern tickets are very rare but against leverkusen there shouldn't be any problems to get some tickets. if you order them on july 24th you will have a big choice in seats and price categories. you can order them via the ticket button in the upper right part of this homepage. very nice that you do all the way to germany only to see the best club of the world! ,-)
Well, as you won´t get any tickets for the match against Bayern, you should visit the match against Bayer Leverkusen (17. - 19.10.). It shouldn´t be a big problem to get tickets for this game if you order them early enough. the ticket sale starts on thursday (24.7.), if you want to be part of our fantastic atmosphere you should buy some tickets in "Kurve West", maybe something like block 41H.
we have very good memories of the Aberdeen-Games 1979 on our tour to win the UEFA-Cup 1980!
In the 1st round we had a 1:1 at Aberdeen and a 1:0 at Frankfurt against your club with technical director Alec Ferguson. He said, our striker Kun bum Cha was "the problem" in the first leg.
Today, I have sometimes a look to the ranking in scottish 1st league and the position of FC Aberdeen.

first of all you don`t have to apologize for using this forum to get the information you need to watch a game in Frankfurt.. this forum is not only for established Eintracht fans as we also have some "tolarated" guests supporting our opponents.. as mentioned above it seems that the only possible game in october would be against leverkusen.. not the worst game and good enough to enjoy our support!
if you need help with the ticketing do not hesitate to send a personal message
You should not be embarrassed to ask for help and advice in this forum in order to buy the tickets! We are always happy when guests from other countries plan to visit an Eintracht match!

Since the overhaul for the World Cup you have a good view from every block, whether in the lower (Unterrang) or upper stand (Oberrang).
The stadium is all seater except for the lower stand in Westkurve (hardcore Eintracht) and the away stands in the southwest corner.
Eintracht standing tickets you won't get online, it is sold out basically for the entire season.
I would recommend stands like 42F or 30B (lower stand, so close to the pitch; close to Westkurve but not inside).
