Take it easy Amanatidis

This is an open letter to our ex captain Amanatidis. We all know that it hurts if someone is releaved of his duties at once. We all feel with you, you were a real captain. You offered your health when eintracht was bottom of the tables last season to score the most vital winning goal against Karlsruhe. Your goal in the semi final that sent us to berlin in the german cup will never be forgotten. For us fans you are an idol and eintracht without your name is like a paradise without flowers. Coaches come in thousands and go in thousands but you will always remain in our hearts. Just take it easy and use the season to prove your critics wrong. To us you remain our captain, leader and the one and only idol. Your name will always be mentioned with the likes of Holzenbein, Gabrowski, Yeboah,Stein, JJ and Bein. Keep cool and be yourself. You are eintracht and Eintacht is Amanatidis. I wish you 17  goals this season.

I also think Ama is/was a great skipper and am not 100% convinced of that decision (also because he made a huge step forward when declared captain, in both attitude and performance). We'll see, it's pretty controversial to say the least, and some interviews with Amana show that he's actually not taking it to easy..

in my opinion ama is indeed a real good player with a good character.....but.....sorry.....
it sounds strange to mention him in a row with grabi, holz, stein, yeboah a.s.o.
anyway, just wait and see how spycher is in a position to take amas place as our captain....
