I'm from England and coming over for the Schalke match on Saturday. I ordered my tickets online at the start of September and opted for the print@home option. Today, I have to come to print them out but the whole registration system has changed. My old login / password hasn't worked so I've created a new account as per the instructions.
But how do I find the purchase I made to actually print the tickets out? I have my confirmation email from the original purchase.
... you basically have to go to your "Eintracht Frankfurt Profil(e)" in the header of this website. Click on "Bestellübersicht" and then select "Ticketing" - that is where you should find your order.
Thanks. I've done that - looked in my profile for previous purchases, and they aren't listed, presumably because I did it under the old system.
When I did the original order I logged in and checked the tickets were there, and they were and I viewed the PDF with tickets on, so I know the order went through.
Either way, I have emailed them, so let's see what they say.
A friend of mine had the same problem against Wolfsburg. She printed the confirmation mail and got her tickets at the box office on matchday. Just for your information if nobody responds to your mail. ,-)

Thanks in advance guys!
I think it would be easiest to send an email with your confirmation and your question to info@eintrachtfrankfurt.de
Best regards!
