Müsste ticket(at)eintracht-frankfurt.de sein, aber die sollen zuerst auf meine Frage, ob auch jemand anderes als der EFC Vorsitzende Auswärtskarten (Porto) bestellen kann, antworten ,-)

Da bin ich wieder ich bin einfach zu blöde Könnte mir jemand evtl. die Nummer der Geschäftstelle per PM zu kommen lassen? Oder zumindest die an die ich mich wende muss um die Reservierungs Nr. überprüfen zu lassen? Danke schonmal :neutral-face

Hello, just a short question. Ordered tickets week ago for pokalspiel gegen dortmund. For paying haven't seen a option for paying by a bank konto (was really in a hurry at the moment, so maybe i just haven't seen it). So i've decided to pay by rechnung. Asked friend to pay by rechnung, coz myself im not living in germany and dont have an account there, and international transaction would cost a hell of a money. Friend paid few days ago. Sent me a screenshot. Everyhing looks good. Except that i haven't received any email confirming that the tickets are being paid for. And in tickets shop there is no new line about comfirmations. Is that normal? Or i should be worried?

there is no such thing like a confirmation email that the payment is received. If you paid within the time limit everything should be fine.

Hi,
there is no such thing like a confirmation email that the payment is received. If you paid within the time limit everything should be fine.
The only expected email would be a cancelation-notice . So you will know if you can use your tickets.
