First time going to a stadium with my family. We arrived 5 minutes after the match started. We went to the security guys in the entrance and asked them if we could buy the tickets to enter right now, and they told us of course. We bought the tickets online. We paid but we did not receive the tickets. After a very bad and helpless service we had to go to the other entrance of the stadium. 30 min walking with my old mother. When we arrived there, the other security guys told us that we couldnt enter, that it was a weird informatic problem and that we would get our money back. They didnt tell us anything about any app. I sent an email the same day (02/04/2022) and I still havent received any answer... I tried phoning every day without any luck neither...
This treatment is not acceptable at all. If I don't receive any answer I will sadly have to look for further measures because this cannot happen again!
