What Backenbauer said on South American players !!!

#
After watching the Champion league match between Bayern Munich and Olympic Lyon, I litsened to the interview given by Franz Backenbauer on Breno (The new Bayern brazilian stopper). He said that Breno and Sousa can only be better and worthful to the team if they play frequently and not in training. I agree with him. Why Iam posting about Bayern on an Eintracht forum ? Simple !!! Eintracht has the same problem with Caio !! Caio can only be better and worthful to Eintracht through games and more games and not in training. Most of south American players(Ronaldino included) are not world champions in training.

yes, but frankly speaking we are in Germany here and in Germany what counts is training, training and training, especially training without the ball...and those players who manage to impress our coach in TRAINING are usually the ones who will play on the weekend...you may like it or not like it but that is the reality we are facing here...there are some coaches in this country who have learned to handle South American players differently but our Friedhelm is not one of them unfortunately...

What Beckenbauer said is law.

I really dont care what Beckenbauer said or that German football is based on training.  The reality of the situation is that we have scored a grand total of 4 goals in 5 games and have no offense to speak off.  Mr. Funkel needs to address this and if Caio is the start then that has to be or he wont have to worry about it in the very near future.  There is no way we should be in the Keller.  It is embarassing!!!!
