Flights booked for sept 11 , so far there will be 4 of us traveling from Dublin for the Cologne game, we are hoping to add at least one more to that number. we are really looking forward to our trip over   . its been 18 months since i last made it to a game so we are really looking forward to Binding, Bratwurst & Beating Fc Koln

Thats a silly question, Of course there are Eintracht supporters in Dublin, Die hard fans at that which is unique as most people here are english league fans. there are not many of us (4 is all i know of) we get to see almost every game , if its not on ESPN then we stream it from the internet (which is getting harder & harder to do) Pubs over here generally dont show Bundesliga games but if you ask nicely & there is no english crap on the tv you can normally get to see games (only if ESPN are showing them), but anyway we would love to share a game  with a fellow eagal.

Good message Henrik. I see the frustration of Fellow Eagles but i dont feel the frustration. this club needs support through good times and bad times , from playing munich to playing bochum, be it in bundesliga 1 or bundesliga 2, im proud to watch the eagles from over here in Ireland, and i look forward to getting that elusive first goal and first win this weekend, even if we fail again  i will still wear that Eintracht shirt Proud.

i could not stop laughing today. the ball just would not go in that white rectangular thing. i think stuttgart had a force shield in the 6yard box. but we gotta keep playing like we did for the last 20 today and we will get those GOALS flowing ,-)

Whats a goal ?

How would you feel about an own goal? I honestly wouldn't care anymore, as long as we can snatch a win, that is.

Russ tried one in Nuremberg. Result? Didn't work

No thanks to Nick  ,-)

that fifa article is a bit odd to me. I tought Nick was one of our better players of late and indeed all season. he may have conceeded 3 in the last game but he did pull off some super saves. recover soon Nick.

Again no goals. this is a bad streak.

I want to see 3 points no matter what. Even if it is through an offside goal an undeserved penalty kick

i want to see us get a "goal" !!!! remember what they are? thats what we keep letting past us.

with our injury problems at the moment, jung and caio now on that injury list, is it time for Skibbe to change tatics?
i would like to see a 4 4 2 formation with banished amanatidus partenering gekas and ocs ans altintop on the wings to supply crosses. this 1 up front game is too predictable.  any other toughts?

Anyone got any idea when this fixture will be set in stone? i have 13 tickets for a bunch of us comingm from bankrupt Ireland to escape the pain for my stag weekend. if the game is on sat 9th we will all make it, if its on friday 8th i will have 3 spare tickets, if its the late ko sunday i may have 5 spare tickets. Oh and put money on another SGE win as i intend to continue my 100% record (dortmund game counts as i had tickets to that game... weather let me down so i dont want to see any smart comments  ,-) )
#
woooh wooh wooh    paddy ochs was to leave? please dont say its true. he is a bloody good player.
#
did we sign anyone ? ,-)
#
awe sweet....... sounds fun beckers. i was at that fixture last year and it was fantastic. enjoy the game and the beer
#
you should still believe in me Dc. since i bought tickets and flights and hotel room my sprit went. Ill prove it at future games.  ,-)

lovely pass from fenin (we call him steve..after irish player steve fennin) and. gekas...... nice finish

I knew they would do it.
#
i look forward to it buddy.

i will be back. since i had tickets to the game ill take it that it was game 6 and win 6. we tried to fly via heathrow to frankfurt but that would not work, so then we tried to fly via heathrow (over night on the airport floor) and into dusseldorf we checked in to that flight but 20 mins before another delayed departure we figured if we got stuck in heathrow we might have had to go see an english game, that was such a frightening tought we pulled the plug on it. pitty we would have made it before heathrow closed. but never fear we are planning an april visit for bremen game
#
Really bad news. our flights where cancelled on thursday night, and then again on friday,  there was no room for us this morning so we miss the game. (thanks to lufthansa) we have 8 tickets in dublin for the game in frankfurt   . im so pissed off. but ill still be watching on line .

on the bright side i still keep my 100% record.  ,-)

Hi Guys and Eagles!

After the bad and disappointing match against Cologne I have not really hope to win one or three points against Dortmund (or "Majas" Klick)

Dortmund won the last eight matches and they have strikers or offensive players like Barrios, Kagawa, Großkreutz oder Sahin who can decide a game alone.
And that`s our problem, our defensive players Chris and Maik Franz cannot play because of their infraction and Russ is blocked after his yellow card against Cologne.

Therefore it will be a hard game, but maybe we have a great day, Theofanis score well, Coach Skibbe has a good tactic and we win the match.

Keep the faith. its not going to be easy, but football is a funny game.
